Investments
CSR Capital will focus - but not limit - its investments on enterprises which require amounts of 1-10M USD. The investee companies will have an approximate size of 5-50M USD. The investments will be made in the form of equity capital and/or mezzanine capital in joint venture partnerships with local promoters and investors. In special cases CSR Capital will additionally provide medium to long term loans to the joint venture company.
Technology Access
A central element of CSR capital’s investment strategy is to assist the investee company in obtaining access to adequate technology as well as to commercial and administrative support in order to improve the growth, production and governance of the company. This approach can involve various inputs ranging from managerial skills, commercial know-how and specialized technical and technological services and support in creating good corporate governance systems and increased attention to corporate social responsibility principles. For the provision of such skills CSR Capital relies on a broad network of consultants and institutions.
Technology Access can also be provided in the form of joint venture partnerships with international companies that have a high capacity for this type of input and are looking for a production partner.
