Investments
CSR Capital will make investments in the scale of 1-10M USD in investee companies of an approximate size of between 5-50M USD. The investments will be made in the form of private equity shares in joint venture partnerships with the investee company. In special cases CSR Capital will additionally provide medium to long term guarantees for loans to the joint venture company.
Technology Access
A central element of CSR capital’s investment strategy is to provide the investee company with the adequate technology in order to improve the growth, production and management of the company. This approach can involve various inputs ranging from managerial skills, commercial know-how and more specialized technical consultancies. For the provision of such skills CSR Capital relies on a strong catalogue of consultants and institutions.
Technology Access can also be provided in the form of joint venture partnerships with Western companies that have a high capacity for this type of input and are looking for a production partner.
